Christina Kotsarini was born and raised in Aneza, Arta. She studied sociology at Panteion University in Athens, where she now lives. She specialized in counseling and vocational guidance, and works at the Hellenic Manpower Employment Organization (OAED). In 2011 she released her first poetic collection Proklisis. Sempre Viva is her second collection of poems published in collaboration with Isidor Leontis. Her poems have been used as lyrics and have been recited in music compositions and soundtracks.
