AUTHORS
Lemish Dafna
Dafna Lemish, who received her Ph.D. from Ohio State University in 1982, is a professor of the Department of Communication, Tel Aviv University, and a Visiting Associate Professor of Center on Media and Child Health, Harvard Medical School . Her research and  teaching interests focus on the areas of children and media as well as gender representations and the role of media in the construction of gender identities. She has a particular interest in cross-cultural studies and has participated in a variety of international studies. She has published extensively in these areas in international academic books and journals.

Dafna Lemish is the author of Children and Television (Topos Books 2009).
