Loi Maria

Maria Loi, a former Public Affairs Specialist and Lobbyist, who undertook projects for multinational conglomerates like the energy giant TEXACO or the telecommunication pioneer NOKIA, decided a few years ago to leave behind her outstanding lobbying track and embark on new challenges. While running for several years her own cooking show in leading Greek TV networks, she also published her own weekly magazine Kouzinomageiremata, distributed with Ethnos daily.

She is the author of several cooking books, her latest including: Ancient Dining (an Athens 2004 Olympic Games book), Pontiaki Kouzina (Motibo), Polikiki Kouzina (Motibo), Say yes to Fasting! (Motibo) and Authentic Greek Cuisine (Motibo). Today, Maria happily spends most of her time cooking, writing and educating the world about Greek cuisine, culture, and the healthy Mediterranean diet. To that end, she has co-produced and developed a new television show called "It's all Greek" which will be airing internationally beginning fall 2011. Maria strives to show her viewing audience that this cuisine can be mastered by anyone who wants to learn. Knowing Maria, this is just the beginning of much more to come!
